Our Classic Pad Kra Pao Recipe

Serves 2.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon oil
3 garlic cloves, chopped
3 bird's eye chilli peppers, chopped
250 g animal or plant based mince
1 handful holy basil leaves

Seasoning:

4 tablespoons Coca Foods Kra pao sauce

Cooking method:

Heat the oil and stir-fry the garlic, chillies, chicken, pork or plant based protein for about 3 minutes. Add the seasoning and cook for another minute. Add the holy basil. Cook an additional minute.

Pour onto a serving plate, and serve with rice and crunchy, runny fried egg.
