How to prep frozen Siu Mai at home

There are a few ways to finish our Siu Mai at home; steaming, microwaving, and deep frying.

To steam, simply bring water to a rapid boil, steam frozen Siu Mai for approx. 7 minutes and serve.

To microwave, place Siu Mai in a microwave safe container, sprinkle water on the Siu Mai and cover with a lid. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes and it is ready to eat.

To deep fry, Siu Mai must be heated by steaming or microwaving first. Heat oil to 190c and fry until golden brown, drain and serve.
